ANALEMMA WATER IMPROVES MICROBIOME QUALITY
CLINICAL RESEARCH
Can drinking Analemma water improve the quality of our gut microbiome?
Our latest study says YES!!
According to our latest study, drinking Analemma water can indeed improve the quality of our gut microbiome, which is home to trillions of microbes that play a crucial role in our digestion and overall health.
In 2023, a clinical trial was conducted on 16 participants who were randomly divided into two groups in a double-blind setup.
After 3 months, it was observed that the group consuming Analemma water had a more balanced gut microbiome compared to the Placebo group, without any alterations made to their lifestyle.
What is the gut microbiome?
The human digestive system contains billions of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi, that play a crucial role in maintaining our health. These gut microbes assist in breaking down food, absorbing nutrients, and generating short-chain fatty acids, which serve as a vital energy source for our cells. Working alongside the immune system, they also safeguard our body against harmful pathogens and contribute to the prevention of autoimmune reactions.
Furthermore, research has demonstrated that alterations in the gut microbiome can impact our emotions and behaviour by influencing the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin. This connection is particularly relevant in conditions like anxiety and depression.

Supporting your gut microbiome can be achieved through a healthy diet, regular exercise, and drinking coherent water, as suggested by our recent double-blind study.
Participants who consumed Analemma water regularly for just 3 months saw an average 16% improvement in the dysbiosis index, in comparison to those who consumed Placebo.
When examining the total number of participants who saw any improvement in their gut microbiome, we discovered that 88% of those who consumed Analemma water experienced some level of improvement in the dysbiosis index, while only 38% of the Placebo group did.
Likewise, in comparison to the Placebo group, a greater proportion of participants in the Analemma group observed a decrease or consistent levels of the 11 bacterial species that have known pathogenic effects. These results indicate a beneficial impact of Aalemma water on the human gut, enhancing the crucial equilibrium between beneficial and harmful microbes in our gut.
In partnership with Biovis Diagnostik, a research company specialising in human microbiome research, we conducted this study. They have created a laboratory test that examines the dysbiosis index, a comprehensive indicator of the gut's health.
The test considers various factors, including the ratio of Firmicutes to Bacteroidetes. These two groups of bacteria are the largest in the human gut microbiome. The ratio between them provides valuable information about the gut's overall condition, and imbalanced ratios are often observed in metabolic diseases like diabetes.
The dysbiosis index also takes into account factors such as the presence of harmful fungi like Candida, as well as the presence of beneficial bacteria like butyrate-producing bacteria. By considering all of these factors, a final score is calculated to indicate the overall condition of the gut microbiome.
Balance your gut with coherent water
The state of our microbiome is positively influenced by high-quality coherent water, as shown by the results of this study. However, the impact of the constant communication between our cells and gut microbes extends to all aspects of our health and well-being.
From birth, our immune responses are being regulated by gut microbes, which educate our bodies to distinguish between harmful pathogens and our own, safe biomolecules. They are controlling the creation of chemicals in our brain that dictate our emotions how we feel from day to day, shaping the fabric of our relationship with the world. Now, we have the ability to enhance our microbiome by altering the physical properties of the water we consume.
Aǹalemma is a true revolution in water treatment because it offers the best water for drinking, which is essential for our survival making it it best choice you can make!
