Placement of an Order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
We’re sure you will love your Analemma product, however, there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
Checking your Order
It is important that you inspect your delivery on the day of receipt and advise us of any issue where you feel it necessary to return an item. You MUST contact us within 2 Days of receipt if you wish to return an item for any reason. You will need a returns Number which we will supply. NO goods can be returned without a Returns Number so please ensure you make prompt contact. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Products

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with www.analemma.uk. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please advise us within 2 Days of receiving the product and organise return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an undamaged state complete with packaging and all components, We will advise you of a Returns Number to be enclosed in the package and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).

We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

You MUST advise within 2 Days of taking receipt of the products of your wish to return them.

We will then issue you a returns Number to enclose with your package. PLEASE NOTE - A Returns number must be processed before you return the Goods.

You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

Faulty Products

We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate.

Please make sure you inspect your products at the time of receipt - any issues MUST be reported to info@analemma.uk within 2 Days of receiving the Goods.

You will then be asked to return the Product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.

In these circumstances, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

The customer agrees to inspect its shipment upon delivery and to give prompt notice of any damage including details and photographs within 2 days of delivery.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products from the UK

We may advise you on how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.

Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
Analemma.uk will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license and will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us. Analemma.uk will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility; we of course will help you to the best of our knowledge. By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of conditions.

Returns Policy
Analemma.uk accepts returns within the timeframes mentioned above so long as products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Analemma.uk without the prior written consent of Analemma.uk, a returns number and are subject to a return postage charge of the return postage (unless Faulty).
Liability
We try to maintain the information on this website as accurately as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
